time expert cable splicers are on
the Job taking care of the diffi
cult task of connecting all of the'
small wires going to make up the
cable. As soon as this Is done,
the work will proceed rapidly and
those now waiting fur service will
bo taken care of. . .

George S. Conger was on the wit
ness stnnd today In his trial for
the murder of Robert S. Heale last
May 3. his wife, Mrs. Mollle Con
ger, sobbed hysterically, arose to
her feet, and shouted:
"C.eorge, you:re a dirty liar."
Conger hsd Just given a dram
atic story of the shooting. He told
how Heale had broken up his home

with Heale to leave his wife alone,
' and with his wife to return to Bel
