Telegraph says today It has full

disorders have broken out In Man
churia and are spreading".
It declares mutinies have occur
red on a fairly large scale among
the troops of Chang-Tso-LIn, the
Manchurlan dictator, who now ia
absent from Mukden, the capital.
Bolshevik agents are credited with
taking advantage of Chang's ab

PEKING, June 24.The Chinese
government In a note to the for
eign diplomatic corps today argued
for the revision of old treaties giv
ing foreigners special privileges In
China.
In a second note also sent to the
diplomatic corps today tha Chinese
foreign office reiterated its Insist
ence upon the "thirteen points"
advanced by the Chinese delega
tion at th recejit abortive confer
ence at Shanghai and expressed
the hope that the new conference
to discuss general Chinese ques
tions, proposed by the foreign dip
lomats, may be held speedily.
The note insists upon the release
of Chinese arrested at Shanghai
during the recent strike troubles
and suspension of sentences Im- j
posed upon them. It asks for "an .
apology" and for the "rendition" of
the mixed court at "Shanghai. It
calls for the reinstatement of !
strikers, the improvement of the j
working conditions of Chinese and
for Chinese participation in the
Municipal council at Shanghai, as
well as for "liberty of speech and
assembly" and for the dismissal of I
the secretary of the ShanKhat mu
nicipal council. W. S. li. Kowe.
. The note declares these points
are necessary for the settlement -of
the Shanghai incident and as a
further basis for permanent peace
saya it Is absolutely necessary to
revise the "unequal treaties" by
which foreigners enjoy special pri
vileges in China.
A separate note on the latter sub
ject was sent by the Chinese gov
ernment to the diplomatic corps today.

day since I took to using this new Zerolene
for Fords."
Ford owners who "tried out" Zerolene "F"
lor Fords when it was first put on the market
have been sticking to it ever since.
Zerolene "F" for Fords is made by the
Standard Oil Company's patented vacuum
process. It lubricates all the bearing surfaces
where oil is needed, especially the wrist-pin
bearings and the upper half of the cylinder
walls, which are frequently "oil-starved"
. when an unsuitable lubricant is used. The re
sult is improved gasoline mileage, quicker
starting and increased freedom from carbon
and other motor troubles.
