Koier ,to sheriff and other peace
officers of the state, he stated that
after July 1, no automobile regis
tration will b granted a motor ve
hicle license, unless the owner
shall, at the same time that he ap
plies for a license plate, make ap
plication tor- certificate of title
to his vehicle or show that such
application has already been made."
This Is under the luw passed by the
1925 session of the legislature
whereby all motor vehicles owners
must file certificates of title with
the secretary of state.

Wlnfleld Scott Booth was born
In Kirtland, Ohio, In 1863, and
passed away at his home In Aialea
June 9. 1925. He was the young
est son of Abner H. and Margaiet
Booth and left his early home at
the age of 18 years and settled
near Uulesville, now known as
Atalea. He was married to Mary
Barber, and' to the union four
teen children were born, ail tfur-

Chordon, Ohio. Mr. Booth was a
man of sterling character, always
ready to promote any enterprise
which was good for lira cominun-

missed by his family and friends.
The funeral was held at his home
and he waa laid at rest in the
