Another proposition which the !

tence mandatory In all first of
fense cases. The bootlegger Is in
the business for graft and greed,
and a fine Is no putiishment. It
Is, a Jail sentence that he fears,
and the fact that a Jail sentence
would be Imposed In first offense
cases would be a decided deterrent.
The organization also proposes
the deportation of all aliens found
guilty of law violations. Aliens,
the speaker stated, are guests of
the country, and It Is the guest's!
duty to behave and follow the laws
of the country or leave. If he
fails to keep within the laws he
should be required to leave. The
speaker made It plain that the or
ganisation has nothing against the
foreigner himself as long as he be
haves himself In this country. Hut
If he Is not an aid In uplift, or on
the other hand tries to tear down
the government, he should be de
ported at once.
The organisation also proposes to
keep the Flying Squadron In the
field Indefinitely keeping up the
work of stimulating Interest in law
enforcement, and also to maintain
