REGISTERED FROM
MAY 1ST TO 16TH
Sixty nine earn were registered at
the Chamber of Commerce office
between May 1 and May 16, accord
ing to the report Just completed
there. Or these 69 cars 46 of them
were from California, and ov
er two-thirds of ell reKistered were
northward bound. The reports In
dicate that the number of persona
paatttng throUKh the city la on the
increase. During the winter months
the average number of persons per
car was lens than two. During (lie
early spring the number Increased
to slightly over two, and Is now ,
running better than three people
on the number of per car. As the
tourist season conies on the num
ber will be still greater. During the
first half of May the cars register
