ladles, Miss Anna May Wright, and
Miss Helen Caldwell started out
four and a half years ago with a
determination to rid the country
of rats, and they have been sue
j cessful so far, they estimate, in
killing otr me rodents raster than
they are multiplying.
The Pled Piper, used coaxing
methods to rid Hamelin town of
its undesirable population. St. Pat
rick when he cleaned the snakes
out of Ireland, drove them out.
The young lady of this generations
scorns the coaxing method, and
the driving system on rats Is too
slow. These modern, and up-to-date
young ladies have adopted a
much more popular atyle. They
poison 'em.
