It is not the critic who counts, nor the man who

doer of deeds could have done better. The credit
belonsw to the man who is actually in the arena; whose
face is marred by dust and sweat; who strives vuliantly;
who errs and may fail again and again because there is
no effort without error or shortcoming, but who does
actually strive to do the deeds. His place shall r.ever
be with those cold and titnid souls who know neither

Camp will he held this year dur
ing the month between June 19
to July IS. These camps nrv con
ducted under the National De
fense act, the object being to
brine together young men of a

to teach the privileges, duties
and responsibilities nf American
litienship: to stimulate patrlot
