held on Friday at 7:30 o'clock, and

full attendance of the membership.
The meeting Is being held for the
purpose of arranging the final de
tails of the big shoot and exhibi
tion of markmunship on Sunday,
and also to plan for the showing of
the films on game protection to be
brought to the city In the near fu

Orange Mint Cup. Take one cup
ful each of diced grapefruit pulp,
orange pulp and pineapple. Mix
and sprinkle with a little sugar und
lemon Juice or better a lemon
sirup, mtidn by cooking sugar, lemon
Juice ni id rind with a little water.
Chill and till halves of orangeti, set
Into sherbet cups, or simply til) the
glasses with the fruit mixture. At
the lust moment sprinkle with finely
minced mint and garnish with a
sprig of fresh mint In the center of
the glass.
Orange Meringues. Separate In
to sections four oranges, without
breuklng the memhrune. Make a sir
dp of one-half cupful euch of lemon
Juice water and any canned fruit
Juice, bulling five minutes. Add the(
ornnges. rover and cool. This Is
compote and may be served Just us
It Is. Place these sirup-covered
orange section3 on rounds of sponge
cake, moisten with a little of the
sirup. Prepare a meringue using
two egg whiles, two tuhlesioon fills
of jMiwdered sugar and a table
spoonful of the compote ilrup. Cov
er the oranges und fet In a moder
ate oven to brown. Serve cold with
some of the compote as u garnish.
Orange Ice Cream. lNk two
cupfuls of water with one cunful
of sugar, cool and ndd one cupful
of orunge uice. a pint of thin
cream, a pluch of salt. Freeze nt
usual.
