The Bull of Ashley and Rumclln

action In which the plaintiff are

to be due on a promissory note,
together with Interest, bringing the
total to about 135,000. The cane Is
a very technical one, Involving the
intricacies of a tax sale, the en
tire Issue being based upon wheth
er or not the Glendale State Bank
fir buying In delinquent tax certi
ficates and gaining title to the
timber property given as security
on the mortgage, acted alone or as
an agent. The land which was used
to. secure the mortgage, was al
lowed to become delinquent In
ttjxes, and was bought at tax sale
by the Glendale State Bank. The
persona holding the mortgage are
new endeavoring to set up their
claim to title.

MEXICO CITY, Mar. 18. Disor
ders In Quertero growing out of
the schism among the Catholics
snd adherents of the so-called
Mexican apostolic Catholic Church
are reported in dispatches receiv
ed here.
One person was killed and two
were wounded In a clash Monday
between a group of workers and a
number of Catholics who mistook
the workers for fotlowers of a new
suet and believed they were at
tempting to seize the Santa Crux
church.
Yesterday the Catholics organiz
ed a manifestation, marching
through the streets and destroying
the windows of the Methodist
church because, the dispatches say,
they believed the Methodist pastor
to be connected with the separatists.

What Happens
After
Quick Starting?
A common characteristic of
almost any good gasoline these
days is the ability to start a motor
quickly But you should know
what more is possible:
Nondetonating gasoline
supplies controlled ener
gyproducing a smooth,
quick, powerful vibration
less acceleration and glid
ing, rushing speed.
"Knocking," even on
steep hills under heavy
pull, is minimized, be
cause the explosions are
progressive and power
impulses are delivered to
the pistons throughout
the entire stroke.
And all of this kind of
fuel is completely burned
turned into power. A
maximum of mileage is
thus obtained and carbon
formation is delayed.
