The broccoli crop Is so light this
rear that a large amount of the
yield will be moved to Portland by
auto truck. Already several bun-
dred crates have been shinned by
this method, as It was not found
possible to secure enough at one i
time to make up a carload. Four I
carloads have been shipped out to j
date besides the express and truck I
shipments, the Portland and Se

consignments so far. '
It is possible that there will be
no eastern shipments this year, as j
