Juuge O. 1). Wheeier to 25 years
in prison, the onlv alternative un
der the law. Since, however.
Sheriff Percy Lain.iun has obtain
ed what he says is a positive alibi
for the youth, and declares that
the lad was in Kansas City the
night of the robbery.
An effort will be made to have

Iowa pardon the boy after he takes
