piano lessons to the pupils of the
school who wish to take music.
The class consists of nine pupils.
Mies Hercher tomes out on the
stage Saturday morning and gives
lessons t the school house.
Mr. Tuft, a representative m
the Willamette university, gave the
high school students an interesting
talk on the benefits of a college
education, last Thursday.
An informal party and a short
ente-tainment was given at the
shoo house Friday evening. After

served. A large fire was built out-

fire party.
The juniors and seniors are plan
ping a party to be given October
24th, for the high school alumni,
and the eighth grade.
