Accident on Highway
A little girl suffered lacerations
to the face as the result of an
auto accident on the Pacific high
way three miles Bouth of the city

Bureau to hospitalize the sick of
the world war will be considerab
ly advanced when. '.he seven new
tuberculosis and ncuro-psychintric
hospitals or additions, just com
pleted at a cost of many thou
sands of dollars, are ready for
opening. Four more hospitals
and many new addition!, are In
the course of construction.
The hospitals and supplemen
tary units Just completed were
built by the construction divis
ion of the army quartermaster
corps, the navy bureau of yards
and flocks, U'easury supervising
architects and the Veterans Bu
reau, anil will provide approxi
mately 2.(100 beds for tubercular
and neuro-psychlatrlc patients,
