be reduced to a minimum.

are desired as soon ns possible. The
plant will cost about $12,000, In
addition to the rolling stock.
After considering briefly, the coun
cil referred the matter to the board
of fire commissioners, but. adopted
a resolution favoring this company's
plans for Its construction work In
the city.
