meeting Thursday afternoon with
Mrs. I.. Connelly leading the devo
tional part of the program and Mia.

"Mother" and Marion Fisher gave a
reading. At the conclusion of the
program, refreshments were served.

Life in Magazine

a short story of his life entitled
"I'nwept, Unhonored and Unhung,"
appears In the June Issue of the
Photoplay magazine. In the story
Mr. Josephson tells of his boyhood
days In Koseburg. He says in part:
"I know all about small towns. I
lived in Koseburg, Oregon. My broth
er and 1 ran a general store there.
I wt.s no good as a storekeeper. A
slick traveling man rould sell tne
anything. But I like the town. Ev
eryone who happens to live outside
of New York or Chicago doesn't go
