Rltter was called to Canyonvllle early this morning to investigate the death of Albert J. Davis, who died very suddenly of pulmonary tuberculosis. The cor onor found a very sad case. The man had been ill for some time and the family being without funds, were unable to provide medical assistance. There was no food and the wife and three little children were hungry and cold. Provisions were Immedi ately procured for them and an ef fort will be made to care for the widow and her children. The de ceased was 44 years of age and has been trying to eke out an existence for himself and family on a small farm near Canyonvllle.
