Those of the churches that can s fit to enter Into this campaign are invited to do dertake th work. The Hulgin Kvan gelbttic company Is one of the great est and moHt successful in the coun try. Ureal throngs attend thflr ser vices everywhere they go. It is being arranged to construct a tabernacle that will seat about two thousand pHle, and every part of thf work will be carefully organized The ministers have planned to ap point their cominitties for this work immediately. Mr. Hulglu believes In about nine different committees that he sets to work. No such campaign as this has been undertnken in Rose-, burg for yean, and it is hoped thatj the churches will line up and get in-1 to the work. The revival meetings 1 will begin January 9, and will con tinue for some four or five weeks. It is Ml by the ministers that great good will come 10 the community by the work of these men, and the lady who belongs to the team. The min isters hope, also that many of the citizens will feel a large interest in the work, and wilt plan to attend the meetings and render such as sistance as possible. The company holds meetings for the general public, special meetings for men, for women and for children and have a great many other special ties besides. The tabernacle will be decorated with flags and bunting. and invitation will be extended to . outside communities to send In del- Ration. On Sunday the churches j will hold their regular morning ser vice and Hible schools, but the after noon and evening hours will be oc cupleil'ln the tabernacle. The plan are not yei uniy compie,e, oui me final arrangements will b well In hand In a few days Mr. Lewis, the manager, will be on the ground this coming Sunday to take charge of all the final ar ra n semen ts. The Ministerial Association sev eral years ago made arrangements for a meeting by the Mil I gin company hut owing to adverse conditions at that tlnip were unable to bring the evangelists here. This Is without a doubt one of the largest companies of its kind in existence, and In other cities where meetings have been held the tabernacle have been crowded to capacity. Tt is somewhat of a departure for the company to hold meetings in a city the size of Roseburg, practically all of the meetings being In cities o' a much larger size. However, the trip to the coast gave the local minister ial union an opportunity to secure this com pany for the tabernacle meetings which will begin here on the ninth of January. The local ministers are hold inn fiequent meetings for the purpose of arranging committees and appointing special workers. 1'pon the arrival of Mr. Lewis, the site for the tabernac le will be selected and the final de tailed arrangements made.
