IC., i'ortland, In telling of her iiilcr
usl in experieiiLL' with the famous
medicine.
"I was in surh a bad slate of
health,' continued Airs. Cox, "that
for the last three, yea ib I was hardly
able, to k out anywhere, at all. Soon
after eating anything I would have a
Mu try i'eeliiiK like my stomach was
f i i lt il with Kas, and oft n during the
night my heart would heal so hard
and fast I would simply have to
gasp for breath, and sometimes when
going about the house, 1 would get
so dizzy and feel so faint and weak
that I wouldn't dare stoop over be
cause I was afraid of falling. My
nerves were so upset I hat I Just
couldn't stand any noise or excite
ment, and 1 would lie awake night
after night list ning to the ticking
of the cluck and feeling like I would
go distracted IT I didn't get some
sleep or rest. My joints would swell
and aehn with rheumatism till
could hardly stand the agony, and
would have such terrible nervous
headaches t hat many a time 1 tell
like 1 would bo heller' off dead thau
alive. Medicines did me no good and
I f fit so litcless It was all 1 could do
to drag myself around, and I had al
most given up hope of ever gelling
well.
"Well, now to show what Tanlac
has done for me, my nerves are
tjuieter, 1 have gotten enliiT'ly over
those terrible headaches, and 1 sleep
all night like a baby. That rheuma
t is m is almost gone, and 1 am su
much stronger now Uiat i do a lot of
work that 1 didn't dare attempt be
fore. Why just last week 1 went up
louu to do some shopping and it was
tho iirst lime In many months thai 1
uad been able lu gel that lar from
Ihe house and 1 was mighty glad to
be able tu walk around town aain. I
expected to get hack home tired to
deal h and ready to drop; but I he
way 1 kept up was u raud surprise
not only to me hut to my friends a:
well, lor 1 hardly telt the exertion
at all. 1 hae gutti-u all litis won-
deri .i I impruv em en t from only four
hollies of Tanlac, and I am going
to keep on lakiiig it as long as il
continues lu help me like it has and
is still doing, for 1 just can't aiiord
to miss a aingle dose."
