PARIS, Feb. 5.- The peace dele gate are working on the most diffi cult problem involved in the crea tion of a league of nations. This is the force with which the league will make its decisions effective. Opinion seemed to be divided as to whether this force will be.mornl or physical. .Many plans have been submitted, ranging from the complete abolition of armaments to the organization of an international military and naval police under a single commander. The plan finding the greatest sup port among the responsible dele gates provides for no such radical departure. It proposes merely a re duction of each nation's armament to a point consistent with the main tenance of domestic tranquility; the league itself to be the judge as to the size of the army and navy need-1 ed by the member nations. j League Constitution. BODY OF ERANK ACUSTA WAS BROUGHT 10 TIL LtK;ACCIDENT EATAL Coroner liitter returned this af ternoon from lti miles above Tiller, where he and a search party recov ered and brought out Die body of Frank Aeusta, whose death was re ported here Monday. The unfor tunate man had been out hunting and trapping and bad fallen over a small precipice only about six leet high. In the fall his rifle was dis charged, the bullet entering the left armpit and was entirely spit on the shoulder bono and emerged iu two places. He crawled about 7t feet and there wrote a note saying ho had accidentally shot himself ami could not live. Later he crawled about l0 feet further, where he shot all his revolver cartridges but one in an endeavor to bring help, but with out avail. The last bullet he fired into his forehead, causing instant death. The body, weighing 2 1 il pounds, was brought out to Tiller on horseback yesterday for burial. Hot was about 47 years of age and un-j married. His father was born in j Spain, while he was a native of this i county. He was not married, but i leaves some neices and nephews iu j the Tilfc'r neighborhood. The evi-j deuce being conclusive, although j there were no eye witnesses. Coroner i Kilter held no inquest.
