After making several road orders. tho County Court adjourned today until the November term, and a lit tle later County Judge Marsters, Commissioner It. K. Nichols and County Surveyor M. IL Germond went to Shady Point, where they in spected the asphalt roadway ther-f relative to making repairs. It pi plan of the court to properly drain the roadway and then re asphaH those parts where the material has; given away. The court is of the opinion that the wearing out of the road in these spots was caused by he heavy trucks hauling gravel from the rock crusher in that vicin ity. It In the intention to complete the repairs so that the road will he in good condition for winter. The following orders were made on petitions for new roads: The petition of J. W. McKee, dis i rict No. 1, continued for report of the viewers. The viewers who will ict in the several instances where ihe roads are allowed are J. I. Chap man, John Large and County Sur veyor M.
