circles of the state, according to
Sheriff Oenrgo IJuine and heputy
Frank Hopkins, of CHiiyonville, who
returned from Toitland this morn
ing, after attending the trials of
Samuel Rubber, tieorge Collins and
Hon Mathison, charged with the
robbery of tho postoffice at Thocnix
and the attempted robbery of the I
postoffice at Kiddle last June. i

many penitentiaries, were found 1
guilty in the Federal court yesterday :

According to Sheriff Qiiine, the
'men are considered dangerous criin
itnals and had been wanted for some j
jlim by the officers of the mule. Col
lins is known to have been in Ihe
penitentiaries of Colorado, Washing-'
ton and California, while It uhhei f

counts, three in connection with tlo-i

will be served at the same time and
