County Clerk Lenox atated late
this afternoon that he would not at
tempt to canvass the vote of yester
day's election before Saturday, for
the reason that the details of the war
regiatration are considered more im
portant. As a result of yesterday's
dellghtrul weather the vote In the
rural districts was light, and scarcely
R0 per cent of the total registered
vote In the county was polled. In
Itosesburg the vote was extremely
light, and women were conspicuous
at the polls by their absence.
