The House ways and means committee re ported out the J 1, hull. uon, 000 revenue bill. Chairman Kitchin im mediately introduced the bill and it will probably go before the House tomorrow. The bill provides for increased tax schedules hitting every single man with an income or over $10110 an nually, and married men with an in come of over $2000 annually; every movie fan, traveler, theater goer, smoker, drinker, and everybod who telephones.. The measure hits the rich the heaviest. It provides for a 33 per cent tax on incomes of over half a million. Taxes on whisky, wine, cigarettes and tobacco is also doubled.
