Income tax law, placing part of tax burden on big corporations. Rural credits law, providing for farm loans at low interest rates. Reduced' tho inequitable 1'ayne Aldiich tariff law. Created a non-partisan tariff com mission, thij act Inclidlng an "anti dumping law," taking the tariff agi tation out of politics. Child labor law, freeing the child ren from labor in factories and coal mines. Largely extended parcel post ser vice and' raised the limit of postal savings deposits to $2m'i). Preparedness measures which will quadruple the strength of the navy and treble the army. Provided National aid toward i.iiiirll!i anod roads in every stale. Knded the submarine controversy and maintained the right of Amen runs to travel abroad. Provided means for re-establish-ment of a merchant marine. Drove tho "insidious lobby" out of i Washington, ended the Guggenheim-1 Halliimer scandals and is building tho Alaska railroad. Kept tho country out of war and brought it to the highest degree o j industrial and financial prosperity it has ever known. I The way to assure the continu ance of such highly gratifying condi tions is by the re-election of Presi dent Wilson, who ha's accomplished these things during one of the most difficult and sanguinary periods in the world's history. As .Mr. Hughes in his campaign Is denouncing nearly all of these high ly beneficial acts, and otrers nothing whatever in the way of constructive legislation, it is of vital importance to the whole country that President Wilson be re-elected on Nov. 7.
