Trainmaster Kirkland was in the city Monday superintending the handling of the Harnum and Bailey circus trains. lie is one of Ashland's best boosters among the fraternity, but when asked about the rumored change lie only smiled and said he knew nothing of such a proposition. He said he would know if it were contemplated. Such a change would mean in all probabil ity the location in Ashland of what it known as the "extra board" and a considerable accession of crew men.
