Reports from two carloads of chromium ores recently shipped from Riddle have been received by Will t). Hi-own. One car tested r.4.01 per cent chromium and the oilier 5 5.2 it per cent. This Is a very high grndo of ore of this kind and was excep tionally free from undesirable lm- purities. A desirable fact in con- uection with these shipments is given by Mr. Brown. Tho grab samples that were taken from each wagon load tested to within one-tenth of one per cent of the more elaborate carload assays.
