The suit was originally filed by
Mr. Zurcher to recover the sum of
approximately tluilo, which he al
leged was due liim us commission for
the sale of certain lands belonging
to Mr. Ilooth. The case was tried
In the Circuit Court here and Mr.
urcher was given a judgment in the
sum of $1110. The attorney for
the defendant then nppcutcd the case
to the Supreme t ourt for final de
termination. Mr. Zuicher is at present living In
Portland. At the time he brought
the suit against Mr. Ilooth he wiis
coiiiiecled with the Commercial Ab
stract Co.. of this City.
