KIDDLE CITY ELECTION. Riddle's annual city election held last Tuesday passed off very quietly, with but little interest manifested Seventy-five votes were cast, with the following result: V. II. Hartley, Mayor. Dr. V. F. Kaiser, Dr. C. H. Lash and Freelfu Cornutt, councilmen for two-year term. However, Mr. Cor nutt cannot qualify for the reason that he Is not a taxpayer, and C. E.
