Calif., last week for a short visit at
her parental home. She was met at
Glendule by her parents, und went
out at once to Uooth. Miss Flora is
a nurse by profession, at present hav
ing her statloii nt Spokane, Wash.,
from whence sho was sent by attend
ing physicians to convey and cure for
a small child who Is suffering with
dropsy, and whom the change of cli
mate to the southern city was hoped
to benefit. M iss llooth has her little
charge with her, somewhat improved
by the journey and residence in Cali
fornia. Miss llooth Is welcomed to
her native heath by many warm
friends who are pleased to note her
success in tier chosen profession.

several days last week at their par
ental home near Speaker.
Mrs. V. H. Pruitt went over to
Medford last week to attend to busi
ness matters and visit friends.
Mr. and Mrs. II. S. Stevens have
taken charge of f.ie Dewey Hotel,

share of the public patronage.
Miss Eiuinn Mansfield returned to
her home at Grants Pass last week,
after a several months stay in this
city.

West," in white letters, with wreath of LaFrance roses and
magnolia tree in colors on a green background.
This pennant was designed" and made especially for the
Review and is the only Roseburg pennant ever made with
the official emblem on it.
Every citizen of Roseburg should have one of these pennants.
