William Barker died at Cnnyon vllle this morning. April 1. 1914. He was born Feb. 14. 1856, near Rose burg. Ills parents crossed the plains In 1852. He leaves two sisters In Portland and two brothers in Can yonvllle, being all who are left out of a family of nine. Last August he had a stroke of paralysis nnd never fullv recovered.
