tires of vehicles that are belli; used
and travel over these roads, especial
ly when such vehicles are heavily
loaded and contain very narrow tires.
In order to bring this crushing or
pulverizing of the wheels out in a
clearer manner, it is necessary to;

make good road beds should be able
to sustain a weight to one square
inch of surface of 4.",000 lbs. or more
