"noes" George Cox and 10 other Cin
cinnati citizens are today facing two
indictments charging them with mis
applying funds ot the Cincinnati
Trust Company, of which Cox was
president. The Institution closed its
doors In November, 1911. A grand
Jury which Investigated the com
pany's affairs returned the Indictment
yesterday.
The nion Indicted with Cox were
former officers and directors of the
bank. This Is the second Investiga
tion conducted into the bank a affairs.
The first resulted In the indictment
of Nathaniel Keith, the secretary,
and F. H. Wllllnms, the treasurer. If
Cox and his associates are convicted
each will be subject to a fine of $10.
000 and 30 years' Imprisonment.'

tion and sank In shallow water.
As there la an upper deck on the
boat the passengers were In no dan
ger. They were removed by a gaso
line launch and taken to Allegany.
Until tho Rainbow Is raised it will
bo Impossible to ascertain the extent
of tho damage.
The boat Is the largest of the river
craft and was built last year especial
ly to handle the auto travel on the
Allegany-Drnln auto line.
