The board of control of the Supreme I-odice of the Knights of Pythias acted wilhln its power when It estab lished in 1907 a fifth class1 of insur ance, using money from the fund of i the fourth class for the purpose, held 'Kdward Daniels, muster of chancery, In un opinion rendered here today. Ho held that the action of the board of control was best for the policy holders In that all fourth class policy holders not wishing to enter the fifth division were pro vided for.
