Coun ties that dcHire to hold a fair will act accordingly in providing for the levy, while it will be possible for counties that do not hold a fair to r-duee their road levy by oue-tven-tleth of n mill. District Fairs Permissible. Where a district fair by two or three contiguous count ieH Is pre ferred, the money would be provided from the counties Involved and a dis trict fair hoard appointed. Under the terms of the proinsert hill the County Court of each county may appoint a hoard consisting of three re: Id'-nt laxpnying citizens of the couiuy.
