Glover, of Lead, S. D., who seeks to have set aside the residuary bequest made by his mother, Mrs. Mary Baker Eddy, founder of the denomination of tho First Church of Christ, Scient ist, of Boston. The plaintiff, In his petition, which If allowed, would cause the bequest, estimated at $3,000,000, to revert to the natural heirs, says In part that "Christian Science is not a religion but a world business; a privately owned business conducted by its own ers for money profits to themselves and that the execution of said at-1 tempted trust will result, was In tended by the creator of said attempt ed trust to result, In the private pecuniary profit of the owners of said business.
