Mrs. Louise Llndloff, spiritualist and crystal gazer, was tonight tound guilty of murder and Iter punishment was fixed at 25 years In the penitentiary She was charged with poisoning her la-year-old son, Arthur. Mrs. Llndloff laughed hysterically and cast a sneering glance at the jury when the verdict waB read. Later she collapsed while standing In an anteroom surrounded by friends. Mrs. Llndloff was arrested June 14 on suspicion of having poisoned two husbands and her three children. Police investigation proved that Arthur Llndloff s lite had been heavi ly Insured and a motive for the kill ing was believed to have been estab lished. OREGON NEWS. Lightweight Champion Ad Wolgast and Joe Miuidot of New Orleans di vided honors in a ten-round decision bout in New Orleans Monday night. Both took a lot of punishment, but at the end neither had the advant age, according to a decision of news papermen. Hates for the round trip will bo $0-1,70 from Chicago and $55 from Missouri Ulver points. Tickets enn be purchased only on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, with a return limit of 25 days. Stop overs will be allowed for 15 days on the going trip and during the lire or the ticket on the return trip. Krauk Kelly, the 19-year-old bur glar who escaped from the Oregon penitentiary lust Sunday night with Walter Davis, a'Union County con vict, was committed from Douglas i County last March, after violnting a parole granted to him on account ot his youth. Kelly is the lud who Blole the county jail keys out of Sheriff Qui lie's office und liberated a Canyonvllle forger, who wus never recaplured. Kelly fled to Kurgo, N. U., where he got into Jail for drunk enness. To a detectivo acting the part of a prisoner, Kelly tuld the Btory ot his Roseburg escapudo and his extradition followed. Kelly and Davis are still at largo. They escaped by sawing their way through the kitchen window bars and scaling tho south wall ot the peniten tiary. The two men had been left in tho kitchen to clean it, after the evening meal had been Berved at the prison, and made use of the oppor tunity to gain their freedom. liy means of u saw, either smuggled In or manufactured at the institution they sawed off the bars across tin kitchen window and effected an en trance into the yard. Selecting the south wall of the yard, which at night Ib left unguarded, they scaled It, and their escape was not discovered until the time cuma to put the prisoners in their cells. During the past administration a guard was maintained on this wall, but about u year ago he was taken off and since theu there has been no guard ut this post.
