Mr. Moore is interested In dairying and believes that that industry Is to take front rank in Douglas County In the near future. Mr. Ramp, candidate for the Uni ted States Senate on the Socialist ticket, spoke to a fair sized audience at the Orange hall last Thursday evening. The W. C. T. U.. who were to noui a medal contest at the Orange hall last Sunday evening, have postponed the event until some time early In September. Lawrence Coleman nas mini an addition lo his barn and the .Messrs. Smith have done likewise to their barn. These additions are made necessary on account of the larne hay crop In tills valley this season. The Orange held lis regular ses sion last Saturday evening and only routine business was transacted, it was decided at this meeting to hold social and dance next Saturday evening, the event to be informal and limited to members of tho tirauge and their Immediate friends.
