Lively, vice president of the Portland i'plon Stockyards company, has been named livestock commissioner of the Panama-Pacific International expo sition, 1915, and his appointment will be announced with that of other oom mtBslonerahips tomorrow, according to private Information from San Francisco. The choice of the exposition board is a tribute to Mr. Lively and a rec ognition of Portland.
