San Kraucisco bus today decided to bond the cltv for $S.SOO.ooo to erect a new city hall and to purchase a site for a civic center. The total vote was 45,133 In favor of the bonds and 4035 against. The work on the new muni cipal center and buildings will be completed before the opening of the Panama fair in 1915. The election marked the first op portunity which the women of San Kraucisco have had to exercie the ballot under the new eigital suffrage law. Many men visited the polls In company with their wives and daugh ters. It Is estimated that 14.000 women voted, nearly all in favor of the project.
