Mr. Walker made the Btuteincnt thut a committee had been appointed by the Kiddle Development league to file upon the water of Cow Creek to take the place of the Fidell filing, which expired January 30, 1912. He Informed those present that this fil ing had been made for the benefit of the people and would be turned over to the proer committee. Then came the question of how best get Irrigation. Home were In favor of organizing at once. W. T. Langlola arose and requested that Mr. White, who was present, should make a statement of what his In tentions were before anything was done. Mr. White arose and answered the question frankly and truthfully. Ills statement was that ho hud tiled on the waters of Cow Creek in De cember last and thut his filing touk effect Immediately upon the expira tion of the Fidell IIIIiik on January 30, and If there were uuy tilings made by the Development L eague that they were second to this, and that he had been advised by the State Engineer to this effect. Mr. White Bald thut he intended to Irrigate the land about Cow Creek from the cuu yun to Kiddle and that a crew of en gineers headed by Frank Cain und Mr. lloyer would go up Cow Creek on Monday next for the purpose of' surveying for the estimated cost und ' the locutlng of ditches.
