Kent, a hardware dealer from whom the men tried to buy a revolver, will confront the pal.', who are alleged to have registered at a Drain hotel under the names ol Jones uud Wilson. During his ex amination Tuesday night, Jurgjtis was requested to write the names under which he and his partner registered at a hotel in Portland lust week, lie wrote llio mimes of "W. Wilson" and "II. Jones." correspond ing exactly wilh the aliases ut Drain, save that the name of Wilson on the last occasion had the additional Ini tial ol the letter It. Prisoners Contradict Each Oilier. The prisoners were examined sei arately by the District Attorney and they contradicted themselves regal d ing their movements previous to the commission of the crime. District Attorney Drown predicts that Jur gens will make a clean breast of tho whole nffuir. Jurgens. like his two bi others who hav been in trouble with the lojal authorities for boylBh indiscretions, nave been prone to wildness. Hi; formerly lived here with his parents, leaving home about live years ago. On Thursday evening the same men went from Eugene to Drain on the train and registered at a hotel under the names of Jones and Wilson.
