Within the next two days formali ties on Irrge pieces of right of way will be completed. In several In stances the whole difficulties have been patched and all that Is required now is the formality of a deed. There are still one or two citizens of Baloni who aro holding out, but it Is believed that uu adjustment will be reached with them In a short time. If not, court proceedings will be rushed through at the earliest possi ble moment, to reach a legal adjust ment.
