Snow boarded a southbound passenger train for bis home at Bakerfield. Cal. He had been visiting in North Roseburg with his aunt. Mrs. C. C. Boyer. who was an eye witness of the killing. Mr. Card well has requested Governor West to issue a requisition upon Governor Johnson for the arrest of Snow and his return to this city to answer to the charge of maliciously destroying personal property, which Cardwell has preferred against him.
