Wonacott this after noon rendered a decision disallowing the claim of the Underwood Type writer Co. against Prof. A. C. Crews, of Mvrtle Creek, former head of a business college at Ashland. The typewriter company demanded judg ment against Crews for 11 00, alleged to be due on a bill or MIT., for the sale to the defendant of three type writers for use in the college. Crews produced a contract showing that the plaintiff agreed to let him have the machines for $225, In pursuance oi a special rate granted to educational institutions. That sum he paid.
