Attorney 11. L. Eddy, representing
tho renionstrators. declared that no
remonstrator cou'd withdraw from
a protest after it bad once been filed
any more than a person could with
draw from a petition under like cir
cumstances. He said, furthermore,
that proper authority hud been vested
in such remonstrators who had equity
