The baby parade committee wish
to announce that the decorated baby
carriage parade will appear with the
school children's parade Friday morn
ing at 10 a. in. There will be two
prizes awarded for the best decorated
baby carriages, each to be a Houvehir
or the carnival well worth keeping.
Every baby three years old or under
Is invited to enter the contest, in a
nicely decorated carriage, and the
first and second prizes will be award
ed according to the attractiveness of
the rnrrhigo decorations.

hicles during the parade, aud there
will be no danger from passing con
veyances. The young men and the young
ladies of Uoaeburg have announced a
horseback parade which will occ.ir
in conjunction with the other parades

ley to join In with them to make this
one of the prominent features of the
carnival, and It Is hoped that all who

necessary to decorate the carriage,
nevertheless the committee will be
