While Joe Fitzhugh was walking
up Cabs street late last night he was
given a good scare by a halt-drunken
tramp, who stepped out of a doorway
in front of him and said gruffly "I
want money." The man bad no
weapon of anv kind, but his attitude
was so threatening that Joe backed
away from him into the street. Then
tbe man's manner changed and he
mumbled an apology. A short time
afterwards the tramp was found near
i the depot and arrested by Policeman
(Sineleton. Today he refused to
either talk about the affair or give
I his name. He will probably be re-
leased today and given a "bike"
