Nail reports a novel way of getting rid of chicken hawks which have been annoying her lately, and she thought the scheme might be of value to the other chicken raisers 111 this vicinity. She says she has had two posts erected in the ceuter of her young chicken pen, and on the top of each is placed 'a set steel trap. The hawks in their quest for chickens swoop down and alight on these posls and the traps get In their work. Three hawks have been caught and destroyed within the past two weeks.
