"Th Business tilde of FirmHIg" la th title of a recent publication from the Oregon Agricultural College Press, The bulletin Is Pari I, of the general subject and li devoted to farm records. It Is written In a clear, simple style, and will he easily comprehended by any farmer. It Is handsomely illustrated by twenty full-page engravings. Future bulle tins on Rural Law and Rural Econo my are promised. Like all the col lege and station bulletins, It Is pub lished for free distribution. It is gratifying to note that the 1 State College is taking the lead In this Important subject. No phase of agricultural education la more Im portant nor more generally neglected. The shortcomings of the American farmer in this respect has been re vealed repeatedly. President Roose velt and the Rural Commission have remarked, on . more than one occa sion, that this Is one of the defects of rural education. The lack of cor rect business methods has not only ruined countless farmers, but It often drives the boys off the farm. The present cetiBus Is emphasizing statis tics on farm finance more than us ually, . but it Is feared that little reliable Information will be given. Professor Bejcoll, the author of the bulletin, says In his introduction: "It Is a truism to Bay that the finan cial side of farming is of the utmost Importance. Ilut the fact remains that this side of the world's greatest Industry Is almost entirely neglected ny uoin the rarmor and the schools, ProfeBSor Bniley says on this sub ject: 'In visiting practically every rarm in one or tne counties of New York, we did not find one man who knew how much It cost him to pro duce milk or to raise any of his crops.' The edition will not cover the entire station mnlllng list, but the bulletin is mailed to any one on re quest. Questions on the Business aide or Farming will be cheorfully answered. Address Professor J. A, Boxell, Oregon Agricultural College, Corvallls, Oregon. Money Cornea In Bunches to A. A. ChlBholm, of Treadwell, N, Y., now. His reason is well worth reading: "For a long time I suffered from Indigestion, torpid liver, consti pation, nervousness, and general de bility," he writes. "I couldn't sleep, had no appetite, no ambition, grew weaker evory day In spite of all medl cal treatment. Then used Electric nittera. Twelve bottles restored all my old-time health and vigor. Now I can attend to business every day. It's a wonderful medicine." Infallible for Stomach, Liver, Kidneys, Blood and Nerves. 60c at all druggists. 0 WIRE FENCE JUST RECEIVED.
