Success of ml Oregon Mull Willi h Many Should Kllilllitle. There are numerous farmers In IJnn county, this state, who are con NljuctlriK their farms aloriK strictly business lines, consequently they have no complain to make at any adverse conditions that mlRht exist in the commercial world and are en Joying large financial profit from their work. One of these is A. C. Armstrong, who will this year clear up fully $6000 on a farm of 400 acres. Tor which he pays an annual rental of $600. There should be thousands more tillers or the soil like him. especially when there are hun dreds of thousands of nTes through out tho western part of the state that only need the necessary handling to make them return millions of dollars In abundant crops or all kinds. To quote from the news dispatches concrtrnlne Mr. Armstrong's success tne following is reprinted: "A. C. Armstrong, a farmer resid In four miles northwest of Plain- viuw nun tu miies southeast or Al bany, will realize a profit of $1800 on 1 20 acres of vetch he threshed this week. Incidentally, he will clear up about $6000 this vear on a fa-m of 400 acres, for which he pays an an nual trental of $600. Some other TJnn county farmers are doing almost as well, and farming in the Willam ette Valley Is paying better this year than for many years. "Armstrong had 140 acres In vetch bis venr.
